Ingredientes:
60g de linaza Inca's Food
100g de cebada tostada
1 puñado de cola de caballo
Jugo de limon y azucar a gusto
Preparacion:
Colar en una olla 2.5L de agua y hervir con la linaza, la cebada, cola de caballo por 20 minutos. Luego colar, agregar el azucar y jugo de limon a gusto. Tomar caliente o dejar enfriar y agregar hielo.

Ingredients:
60g of flaxseed Inca's Food
100g roasted barley
1 handful of cola de caballo herb (horstail herb)
Lemon juice and sugar to taste
Preparation:
Strain into a 2.5L pot of water and boil with the flaxseed, barley, horsetail herb for 20 minutes. Then strain, add the sugar and lemon juice to taste. Drink hot or cool and add ice.
