Our bag of 1kg of weight contains the perfect vegetables to cook this traditional latino dish from Colombia. Sancocho, originating from the Spanish "cocido," is a traditional soup, often resembling a hearty stew, found in various Latin American cuisines. It typically includes generous cuts of meat, root vegetables, and other veggies, all served in a flavorful broth.
One bag of Sancocho mix is designed to yield either 4 large portions or 6 smaller ones, and it's important to note that meat is not included in the bag.
